Well, I'm back. A long break due to work, dog, life, love and everything in between. A friend and I were inspired byValentine's Day and decided to get seriously down in the kitchen. We might have gotten a little carried away with all the hearts, but if you're gonna do it, might as well do it right. The end result turned out oh so yummy: Chocolate Chip cupcakes Devil's Food Chocolate Icing. Stay tuned for more creations soon to come.
With Valentine's Day just passing, I am so in love with love. My new favorite holiday started with an early morning homemade breakfast complete with strawberries, oj, and lemon pound cake. Then, off to a relaxing full body massage in Little Italy, followed by appetizers at Peohe's, a delicious restaurant in Coronado. We ended the night at a gorgeous restaurant set on the Coronado beach where you could literally hear the ocean's waves while sitting at our own fire pit, sipping on Mai Tai's. So Sweet.
